I get most of this math except why the ten to the negative nineteenth Changes to ten to the eighteenths? Ben a long time 30 plus years since I’ve done math like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1/1.6 = 0.625 so that gives you 0.625/(10^-19). Then move the 10^-19 to the numerator, and it becomes 10^19.
Now you have 0.625 x 10^19. This can be changed to 6.25 x 10^18.
