My son has been working on finding equations for the length of a curve. He is in prison and does this w/o access to computers. Could someone please look at the attachment and see if he is on the right path? Thank you, mathematicians, for I am ignorant in math and cannot help him. Any legit feedback would be greatly appreciated.
