I'm stuck on this marketing question and not sure how I should approach this. Would like to get your thoughts?

Question: In February 2015, we ran a one time, 3 week TV campaign in the Washington, DC media area targeting potential new customers. The results to the left show, each month, how many new customers we acquired in the DC media area and overall (entire business) for the 6 months before and after the campaign.

Estimate how many total new customers should be attributed to the TV marketing campaign in DC.?
