1.Having a sample (k1, ...., kn), find the highest likelihood estimator for the two-point distribution parameter θ.
P(k) = θk(1-θ)1-k, k=0,1

2. A sample from a normal distribution contains 9 elements and its standard deviation s0=3. Check the hypothesis: H0: VarX = 7 at the significance level of 0,05.

Could anyone please help me with those two? It's been three hours and I'm losing my mind because of this... Any help will be appreciated. Apologies for any English mistakes.
