I'm very confused with these expressions. Can't find a rational way to approach these problems. I'm sorry if this isn't beginner algebra, not sure what it is.

Have you learned to deal with quadratic function ?

I would expect you to have been given expressions like these to factor after being taught a method. But then you'd be saying the method was confusing, rather than that you couldn't find a way at all.

If you were not taught how to factor a trinomial, just search for that phrase (or, in your dialect, "factorising trinomials") to find information. Here is one place to look: https://www.purplemath.com/modules/factquad2.htm. Here is a source with several methods: https://www.mathsisfun.com/algebra/factoring-quadratics.html

And if you are really saying you tried whatever method you were taught but struggled, please show us your work so we can see what method you are trying and where you got stuck! We can give much better help that way.
