D Desan65 New member Joined Mar 12, 2012 Messages 15 Mar 14, 2012 #4 Still some problems! I still seem to get the positives and negatives mixed up. Problem: 2b²+10b+12 The factors are 12 and -2 2b²+12b-2b+12 2b(b+6) -2(b-6) the last equation should be (b+6) same as the first one, but why?
