I'm still kind of having trouble understanding these:

1) Find the equation of the line with a slope of 3/4 passing throught the point (8, 5).

I get y=3/4x+5

2) Find the equation of line passing through the points (0, 2) and (1, 4).

I get y=2x

3) Find the equation for the vertical line passing through the points (19, 6) and (19, -6).

I get x=19.

Anybody agree with my answers? Please explain if you feel I am incorrect and show me how you got your answer if you can so I can see what I did wrong. Much thanks.

No, No, and Yes.

Please show your work. Write down the Point-Slope Form and the 2-Point Form, then let's see how they work.

An even better way to find where you went wrong is for you to show your steps and reasoning, so that we can see where you went wrong.

Thank you! :D
