Finding maximum and minimum

Hi, For maximum and minimum value we have to take first derivative of the function then we have to find the value of variable in that function, but I am unable to find the value of variable t. Please see attached image and help me if you can.

for c'(t) to be maximum c"(t) = 0 and c"'(t) must be negative.

First calculate c"(t) and c"'(t).
