Finding patterns in number sets

Not sure how to go about this. I have a set of numbers (they are historic dates for turning point in temperature graphs). I am looking for cyclic events. For instance, during the ice ages there is an approximately 100,000 year repeating cycle. If you look at a temperature graph these are obvious (see first attachment).

But if I extract all the turning points from the graph a lot of them are noise and not relevant to the cycle time.

Is there a statical method that can find the 100,000 year cycle?

It may be some of the events are not quite on schedule too, so it makes it harder.

The first attachment is the 100,000 year cycle, the second is my data - it's a Greenland ice core temperature graph for the Holocene. I have marked the turning points, green for an upturn, red for a downturn. My next step is to extract them into Excel. But then I have no idea.

Many thanks in advance - even if the answer is no
