Finding the outliers for this set of numbers

I have attached a picture of the problem below.

It is asking me to find the outliers of a set of numbers. I looked at a few examples online but I still don't understand how to solve this problem on my own.

Can you please explain to me how this is solved so that I will be able to solve similar problems independently?

These are Definition questions. You either know the definition or you don't. What do the 5 numbers mean?

How are Outliers defined? Does it have anything to do with the IQR?
