If I were to solve this problem, I would define A, B & C in terms of (x1,y1) & (x2,y2) & (x3, y3)In the problem the lengths of A,B and C are known and I also know the coordinates x1,y1 and x2,y2 given this information what calculation could i perform on this known data to compute x3,y3?
I have attached an image.
Thanks
You can write the equations of the circles centered at points 1 and 2 with radii B and C, and solve for the intersection. In the problem the lengths of A,B and C are known and I also know the coordinates x1,y1 and x2,y2 given this information what calculation could i perform on this known data to compute x3,y3?
