I thought it might be, although they continued calculating the x value, and got -2, then proceeded calculationg Tanx, and got 3/2...so, I would go with no solution!..thanx a lot guys!Sine > 0 in quad I, so most probably is a typo.
Agreed, thanx skeeterIf tan(x) = 3/2, then cos(x) < 0 which implies x is a quad III angle.
x would work out to be about -2.16 radians … in quad III
