For readers who need help understanding the question, here are some steps. The exercise asks us to find (and add) areas of two metal pieces – a circle and a rectangle – for building a pool.

The pool has a circular bottom; they've given us its radius. We use that value in the area formula for a circle, to find the circle's area.

The pool has a long, rectangular wall (which wraps around the circular base). They've given us the rectangle's height. Its length is the same as the circle's circumference. Use the circumference formula to calculate that length, and then find the area of the rectangle.

Add the two areas, and round up to a Whole number.

is their a formula that would help solve this in less steps, or at least work it in a easier way to understand, im having issues with getting the answer so if their is a way you can provide a formula that would make the process alot faster, thank you
