Hello, can someone help me with this problem?

If given h(x)=3x^2+5x+7 and j(x)=2x+1, express (h o j)(x) and (j o h)(x)

h(x) = 3x² + 5x + 7 ... j(x) = 2x + 1

h[j(x)] = 3(2x+1)² + 5(2x+1) + 7

j[h(x)] = 2(3x²+5x+7) + 1
