1) i put up dumbbell from waist to shoulder - 10 times;
2) i put dumbbell vertically from shoulder - 10 times;
3) with knee on stool i put up dumbbell from floor - 10 times;
4) i squat with dumbbells in both hands - 15 times;
5) swing the press from a prone position - 12 times.
When i were healthier, i made thic exercises from 1 to 5 times in 2 days.
