geometry/algebra word problem

The word problem is: The perimeter of a rectangle is 80x. The base is 7 times the height. In terms of x what are the dimensions of the rectangle? What is the perimeter? So I know that 80x=2b+2h and that b=7h but I'm stumped as to how to actually answer the questions. Help!

h = height; then base = 7h
So:
2(h + 7h) = 80x
16h = 80x
