i dont know how to solve the problem :
copy the points equidistant from the diagram on page 2.
i gave you the points shown on pg 2

a) draw a line to indicate all points equidistant from F and T

b) draw a circle to indicate points from 6 cm from P

We can't see the picture you're looking at, but we can make guesses....

a) Draw a few points that are equal distances from point F and point T. What sort of figure do they form?

b) Hint: What is the geometrical definition of a circle?

c) To be a solution for (a) and for (b), the solution has to lie on the lines formed in (a) and (b). That is, you are looking for intersection points, if any.
