Hi, you probably have the answer already, but here is a modified version of your image that might help you. I've filled in the missing parts.

Dealing with the perimeter first, you will notice that length x is the same as the top side 20 cm. This means the three lengths on the underside must also add to 20 cm, that's 7 + 7 + 6 = 20. To complete the perimeter just add all the sides...

For the area you can see that you just add the areas of the three separate shapes .........
