the volume of similar cylinder can is 96cm cubic and 1500cm cubic
find the ratio of
a,height
b,the area of their curved surface
kindly help solve no radius given
Note that since length is given in "inches", area is given in "square inches", and volume is given in "cubic inches", the ratio of areas is the square of the ratio of lengths and the ratio of volumes is the cube of the ratio of lengths. Here we are given a ratio of volumes so we to go the other way: the ratio of lengths is the cube root of the ratio of volumes and the ratio of surface area is the square of the ratio of lengths so the 2/3 power of the ration of volumes.
