Hi.....i
here is the problem:this relates to the system of addition in number
system.......Why is 0-1 =11 in binary or 1+1= 10 in binary
What would 6+7 be in a number system having a base of say 9,& how
will that differ[the value of this addition] when matched vacross another
base say 8 what would 3-2 be in base say4

0 - 1 = 11 in Binary? No it isn't. You need more description of the process to make such a statement.

Attaching a sign is a whole different animal.

1) You'll have to read up on the "twos compliment", and

2) Some results are VERY curious if you have an insufficient field in which to hold your data. Unintended trunctation can be difficult to track down.
