Group Pot Payouts

If I have a group of 9 people and there is 1600 in the pot, one person is receiving a 75% pay cut, one person is receiving a 25% [edited] pay cut and the remaining 7 receive no pay cuts. How much does each person get paid?

[math]75\%+30\% = 105\% >100\%[/math]You're paying 5% more than what's in the pot. Who's paying for that 5%?

Person 1 getting 25% => 177.78*25% = 44.44
Person 2 getting 70%=> 177.78*70% = 124.44
The remaining 7 gets 100% => 7*(177.78) = 1244.44
Total=1413.33
You have 1600-1413.33=186.67 leftover.
