Growth Rates

1) There are MANY answers to this question.
2) You have shown none of your own work. This makes it difficult to narrow down what actually is wanted.
3) "heaps" was a good word. Have you tried heaping all the data from everything except APAC and MENA? A nice total for the three years, maybe?
 
I try to get a difference between Year 2020 & 2016 for all region except APAC & MENA. Therefore CIS = 239 - 223, Europe = 473 - 455, Latin America = 521 - 453, North America = 315 - 292, Sub-Saharan Africa = 543 - 427. Then I sum them up together and got 241. Still think I am not on the right track. I should maybe look at the difference between Year 2016 & 2012. But don't think it helps.
 
You must first decide what is a "Growth Rate".

If proceeding from 5 to 10, is that a growth rate of 10-5 = 5 or a growth rate of 10/5 = 2 or something else?
