Having a bit of bother interpreting this graph with two y axis?

So I’ve currently been looking at this graph and thinking on question 1c. I need to start at 1.6 litres and take my first reading of pulse rate which would be 114. Then my stroke volume which I would get from the right hand side of the graph and this would be 152. Multiply these by each other and then divide by 1000 in order to get the volume of blood in litres. Is this correct or am I missing something completely ? Thanks
