3x+1<=3x-6
3x-3x<=-6-1

no solution? I am asking for help in reviewing my work and any correction that I have missed; your help will be greatfully appreciated.

If you continue with what you've been doing, you'll get
0 <= -7

Now....this is NEVER true, so your original inequality will never be true either, for any value of x. You're right....there's no solution.
