You are taking t=0 to be January. You show SST_a(0) = -2; does that match the provided graph? How about your answer for question 3? Or question 5?
(But I notice that the graph shows the highest value for May, not June as stated; so maybe the graph isn't quite right?)
I think you need to pay attention to the value of c, rather than quietly setting it to 0.
