HELP!Graphing linear equations

I have racked my brain& racked it... yet i can not get it! what am i not getting about graphing a linear equtaion!? If ANYONE can explain it(how to graph them) to me Please do! I need all the help i can get!

Can you please give a specific problem that you are having trouble with, this way we can see mabe where you are going wrong and what you are having trouble with. It is hard to give lessons on a particular subject.

To graph a linear equation, just pick values for x, plug into the equation to find the corresponding values of y, draw the dots, and connect the dots to get the line.
