Help in echelon form for a linear equation

That is a useful guidance. I was under the impression that I need to get two 0s first on the third row.

Yes, you need two zeros on the third row after you obtain two zeros in the first column (in the method that I'm familiar with).

It's possible that you've been shown a different method to use. If so, then maybe another helper who is familiar with that approach can help you. If you think this might be the case, then it would be useful if you can quote the name of the textbook or website that you're using (or perhaps a photo of the notes that you've been given).

Yes, 'two zeros on the third row after you obtain two zeros in the first column' is the way for me to move forward.

It would have been much easier if you used the 1st row to obtain the 0 in the 3rd row. Using the 2nd row was more complicated to obtain that 0 in the 3rd row.
