Help me solve this pls

You want the probability that the dart hits the shaded area, given that it hits the target. I think we need to assume that it is not carefully aimed at the middle, but is equally likely to hit, say, anywhere on the entire wall, with no preference for the middle of the target -- what they mean by "random" is probably a uniform distribution.

Think in terms of areas. What have you learned about probabilities like this?
