Your answers are correct. It looks like you may be most unsure of the Cartesian equation, or at least of the work you did for it. Did you try eliminating the parameter in the parametric equations to see that you get the same result?

Also, you wasted some effort in finding the normal vector, when you already had it at the top, n = MN = (5, -3).

Can you tell us why you were unsure, so we can help you be more confident?
