Don’t know where to start
Hi alizxas. If you haven't yet memorized the formulas for calculating volumes of cylinders and rectangular-shaped objects, then the first step is to look them up in your textbook.

The dimensions of the pan are given in feet, while the unit of measurement for the cup is inches. The second step will be converting measurements from feet to inches because we need both volumes measured in the same unit (cubic inches) in order to answer the question.

If you don't have a textbook, then here's a short video showing examples of calculating two rectangular-shaped volumes, and the first part of this video shows an example of calculating the volume of a cylinder.

Please post anything that you don't understand; otherwise, share your attempts finding volumes for the rectangular-shaped pan and the cylindrical cup.
