Help with circle geometry problem

hello I have been struggling wit this circle geometry problem. I attached the problem and my answers below.

1 meter is not exactly 3 feet.

1.5 and 1.6 are not distances, but speeds; you ignored the different times. How far did each walk? What is the arc length?

Please explain you reasoning about the angle. I would expect something about inscribed and central angles.

Can yu help with inscribed and central angles I am confuse about that. For my angle I used the supplementary angle method and subtracted 180.
