Help with finding length, width of rectangle, given perimete

A rectangle's length is 8 cm more than three times it's width. If the perimeter is 128 cm, find the length and width.

What is the equation for this?

Let:
L = Rectangle's length
W = Rectangle's width

What's the relationship between L and W from what you are given in the first sentence.

Some more info to help:
Perimeter = Rectangle's 2 lengths + Rectangle's 2 widths
P = 2L + 2W
