Help with TI-83 Plus number formatting

Hello, all.

I am attempting to approximate zeros using Newton's Theorem. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to get the output of my calculator to show a regular float/decimal for numbers close to zero. I have tried changing the settings to Normal/Float, tried clearing the settings, doing a factory reset, and I can't seem to find the correct setting. I have attached a couple screenshots. One is the output of the expression, the other is the Mode settings. How can I get this to display the answer in the format "0.0001..."?

Note: If you select Normal notation, but the answer cannot display in 10 digits (or the absolute value is less than .001), the TI-83 expresses the answer in scientific notation.
