simplify:

x2 - 5x - 14/ x^2 + 2x - 3 divided by sign x^2 + 3x - 4/x^2 - 3x - 28

ok i turned over the second set and put a multipy sign in the between

and then it looked like so

5x^3 - 14/2x^3 - 3 * 3x^3 - 4/3x^3 - 28

then i multipled
and got

15x^3 - 56 / 6x^3 - 84

then i divided
and got

0.4x^3 - 1.5

i think i'm not right wht u say?

I assume the x2 is x^2.
I approve of what you said, but I don't follow your math at all.
I get
(x^2-5x-14)*(x^2-3x-28)
-----------------------
(x^2+2x-3)*(x^2+3x-4)

If you multiply the first terms would be x^4, but instead of multiplying it is usually better to factor

(x-7)(x+2)(x-7)(x+4)
---------------------
(x+3)(x-1)(x+4)(x-1)

Not much help on this one. We can cancel the (x+4) to get

(x-7)^2*(x+2)
-------------
(x-1)^2*(x+3)

I would call that as simplified as it gets.
