What properties of eigenvalues does a hollow symmetric positive(ai,j >0 | [MATH]i \neq j[/MATH] )matrix have?
I struggled to reduce this task to Z-matrix and L-matrix(so I would say that there is no eigenvalue = 0 ), but I couldn't.
