How can i generate a chart with the same data points like another graph?

Here's my problem,
I have 2 line graphs with different data points.
I need to "mimic" the peaks and lows of the black line graph to the blue line graph to make them look the same.
If someone can help me think of a formula that I can use to adjust the data points of the blue line graph, I will be much thankful.
