2 cos (2x-3) = 1/2

\(\displaystyle x = sin^{-1}\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}

\\

sin(x) = \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}\)

Use your table of important values from here.

2nd, 2cos(2x-3) = 1/2
cos(2x-3) = 1/4
2x-3 = cos-1(1/4)
x = (1/2)(cos<sup>-1</sup>(1/4) + 3)

Please don't post the same problem, particularly not without providing an example of progress you may have made, either in the solution or in answering the questions you were asked previously.
