How could I get my theory peer reviewed if I am not part of a university?

I have a new theory that I believe would be important for set theory. I still need to write the article, but the ideas are ready. Does anyone know how I would go about trying to get it peer reviewed and published?

While researching options, I wondered if I could order a UK novelty university certificate, but does anyone know how I would go about trying to get it peer reviewed and published?
Write a formal paper with your definitions, theorems, and proofs, then submit it to a set theory or mathematical logic journal for peer review. You can also share a preprint on arXiv to get early feedback before formal submission.

Based on your past discussions on this site, you will have a lot of trouble writing a paper that could be peer-reviewed. You don't seem to have understood some of the basics of set theory, and any mathematician would see that and not bother reading the rest. (Unless you've learned a lot in the last year or two!)

So before trying to do that, you would need to just discuss your ideas with a knowledgeable person, and accept whatever correction is needed. Once you can convince one person that you are making sense, you can consider whether you might have anything to contribute to the larger world.
