I will use this graph to help you with your other question.
Simply look at the graph. Moving from left to right on what intervals is the graph going up as you progess.
Well from \((-\infty,-3)~\&~(1,\infty)\) is increases. It decreases on \((-3,1)\).
Now you try to answer the other question and post results to get additional help.

Hi vgamelover. Did they instruct you to round x-values to the nearest Integer? That graph is a bit off.
