How does √3 + 3√3 = 4√3

I has 6 grade schoolbook with radicals (now it's probably 4 grade schoolbook), i couldnt understand it when i were in 6 grade and still dont understand. If you wish, i can scan some teethbreaking pages.
(I readed theme about imgur/radikal/fastpic is bad. I'll put scans on dropboks or like.)
 
I checkd that book, and i were wrong! There is no radicals! I reported my previus post with request to delete it.
I absolute remember i had some where book witx many pages of complex and scary radical expressions, but i not sure, shall i find it or not. So, please delete this my post and previus. I have scanner, so if i find that schoolbook soon (i doubt) i'll post w/o any assking. Probably it were 8 grade, modern 6 grade... oh how old i are!!! :cry:
