After I got "4," I picked "Dominica."

Then I chose "ostrich." An adult male ostrich's height ranges from about seven feet to nine feet,
and the largest can weigh up to 346 pounds*, so I felt that is a "large animal."

You're always going to get "D" and the 4 countries beginning with D are Denmark, Djibouti, Dominica, and the Dominican Republic. I imagine most people will think of Denmark first with Elephant springing to mind for a large animal beginning with E. Nice "trick!"
