How to find y-intercept for multiple regression Y=B_0+B_1X_1+B_2X_2+B_3X+E

Hi, I have a problem that gives me an ANOVA for multiple regression.

The question wants me to write the regression model:

. . . . .Y = B₀ + B₁X₁ + B₂X₂ + B₃X + E

...using the values given to me. I know how to figure out the equation except for finding the y-intercept? I'm not sure on how to find it while there are multiple variables.
