An automotive manufacturer claims that the fuel consumption of one of its models is 9.25 L/100 km with a standard deviation of 0.5 L/100 km. The manufacturer tests a sample of 10 cars and finds the mean fuel consumption of the 10 cars to be 10.5 L/100 km. Should the manufacturer issue a correction? Perform a hypothesis test, using a significance level of 5%?

Well, do it. You'll need a Critical Number, maybe a p-value.
