Supposeyou administer a certain aptitude test to a random sample of 9 students in yourhigh school, and the average score is 105. Assume a standard deviation of σ =15 for the test. We want to test that the average aptitude test is more than100 at the α = 0.05 level. List out the five steps in hypothesis testing andbe sure to write sentences.

For example step (1) might be
(1) Compute the standard deviation for use in computing the z for using the Central Limit Theorem.

So far

known

n = 9
Xmean = 105
σx = 15

Hypothesis

H0: μx <= 100
H1: μx > 100

Signaficance level is

α =0.05

Test, because this Is a one tail test

Z=X-u/σ/sqrt n,

Z=(105 - 100) (15/sqrt(9)

Z = 1

I'm guessing at this P value needs to be found?

That is where I am at
