this problem refers to the expersion f(a,bc)=a(b)^c if a=2 b=3 c=x the expresion is f(2, 3, x)=2(3)^x , an exponential function. if b=x state the conditions on a and c under which the expersion f(a,b, c) is a decreasing linear function
