I need help

This is a math help site where we help students solve their problems. Where are you stuck? What have you tried?
There are a few different methods to find the equation of a line. Which method do you want to use.
According to our posting guidelines you need to show us your attempt at this problem to receive help. Showing us your work shows us what type of help you need.

Every line can be written in the form y = mx+ b. Can you find m which is the slope?

The wording of the problem suggests that it might be multiple choice. If so, please tell us the choices; they will at least tell us what form of equation is expected. (Do you notice that "a possible equation", rather than "the equation", signals that there are several possible forms for the answer?)
