What was the "original" average handling time?

Have you posted "all of the problem"?

Post an image of the original problem (along with the statistics).

Please show us what you have tried and exactly where you are stuck.

Agent D's original handling time was 12 minutes. 10% of that is 1.2 minutes so agent D's new handling time is 12- 1.2= 10.8 minutes. So what is the average of all the "average handling times" with 10.8 for D rather than 12?

You say "Agent D's original handling time was 12 minutes." - but in the table it shows 10 minutes

If Agent D is able to reduce their average handling time by 10%,
That plural (their) should mean group average - as opposed to "individual" average.
