Can someone help me with solving the inequality below? and expressing it in interval notation

x/4x-3 < 2


AND

find the equation of the perpendicular bisector through the line segment AB given the point A (3,-6) B (-12,2)

Do you need help understanding words like "perpendicular" or "bisector"?

If the first exercise were to be an equation (instead of an inequality), could you solve it?
