To complete the table, plug in the given number instead of x and then work out the value. For 6, we have:
2(6) + 4 = 12 + 4 = 16

You really are not free to become offended. Frivolous posts are very unusual. If you do not understand the purpose of the reply, that does not diminsh the intrinsic value of the reply. Why don't you stick to learning mathematics and retire the value judgments? I'm sure we can all get along just fine.
