Why did you post such incompetently taken image?
The question as written is all wrong. If \(f(x) = \int_4^x {(2t - 2)dt} \) then \(f(4)=0\text{ NOT }6\)
However \(f'(4)=6~,~f(7)=27~\&~f'(7)=12\)
